I LOVED this place. It’s one of those places that sells super cute desk stationary, cards, notes, kitchen gadgets, candles, jewelry, plants (slim pickings), and plant pots. The store is connected to Little Luxe Baby. LLB has super cute baby clothes from Angel Dear, magnetic me, Quincy Mae, Copper Pearl, Kyte Baby, books, blankets & toys. I have always had a decent experience. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday left me furious.

I came to this store after dropping a friend off for an appointment with my baby in a stroller. I perked up when I saw the “40% off baby clothes” on the LLB door. When I walked in, another couple was in the store. The store associate was doing something but I wasn’t exactly paying attention because I had my sights set on par-oozing cute clothes for my baby. As I was looking around (about 5 minutes), the couple that was there had left and the store associate asked how I was doing. Told her I was “great”. Well, I noticed she took something over - I assume to a customer at paper luxe. Originally thought it was gift wrapped but didn’t notice any wrapping paper when I was checking out. Anyway, the store associate never came back so she was at the paper luxe counter with another store associate. Which is fine since I’m still looking around the store. I’m ready to check out and am standing at the counter thinking an alarm might notify them that there is someone standing at the counter. So I wait. And wait…And wait. As I’m waiting more people are starting to coming into LLB, while I’m still waiting. And waited by. My baby is sitting in her stroller… waiting. I walk to paper Luxe thinking they are busy with someone. And they aren’t. So I walk back to Little Luxe counter and wait some more. They never acknowledge the customers coming in. Sadly, I can’t go down to Paper Luxe because I have a stroller and don’t feel comfortable going down the stairs with the baby to check out since it’s their job to wait on customers. So a second time, I walk back to paper luxe and see the two associates standing there, on their phones or drinking water. I ask them if there’s anyone who can check me out at LLB and she said “yea”. As she’s walking up the stairs she doesn’t say “ I am so sorry if you’ve been waiting.” She could have muttered a sorry. But I hear NOTHING. I tell her I can’t come down the steps with a stroller and she just said something like “oh yeah.” It’s a great place to steal baby clothes because the workers aren’t paying attention. And this isn’t the first time. It’s just the first time I’ve waited so long for someone to come take my money.

Beware, there are cameras everywhere. So, hopefully, whoever the manager/ owner is will look back at the footage from yesterday at 2:28 PM and realize they need to reiterate to their store associates that their job is to make sure they pay attention to customers at Paper Luxe and Little Luxe.

Pains me to say but it was the WORST customer service ever. Take my review for what it’s worth. Happy for those who have a different experience than me. They will never get any money...

The absolute best store! The staff, the products, the location…everything is perfect! This is my favorite place to shop for my daughter and for gifts. They are always getting new merchandise! I was just in here again today and blown away by the adorable new baby clothes for fall. I am going to be very sad when my daughter outgrows Quincy Mae!
