My experience with this men’s warehouse was extremely unprofessional. On Thursday September 25, my girlfriend picked up my suit rental for a wedding I was a groomsman in on Friday September 26. She received no communication or a highlighted mark that the suit was to be return on Saturday September 27. On the printed slip, October 9th was also written, causing confusion. I spoke to someone on the phone on Monday September 29 and they told me that I could return the suit whenever I could as long as it was before the 9th of October. I then went to return the suit the following Tuesday September 30th and was told that I had to pay a late fee of $65. And when I responded with that I was told I would not be charged, they responded with “theres nothing I can do” I then asked if I could pay at a later date to which a woman whom I presume to be the manager, says indirectly across the store “no that’s not going to work” in a very rude and condescending manner. To which I was forced to come out of pocket when I was told I wouldn’t have to pay. My girlfriend then spoke to a manager today October 1st and explained the situation and the manager told her twice that if she could come in today we would get a refund for the wrongfully charged late fees. When arriving to the store, the response was the complete opposite, there was no accountability taken for the poor communication of “sticky notes” and what is being said to customers. We walked out of the store for the 3rd time in confusion and frustration from the lack of accountability and the back and forth of what we are being told over the phone vs in person. Read moreThis experience I had was very unsatisfactory. I came down the night of June 21st to do some shopping for my mother's wedding and to get my pants for my suit tailored. That experience I had no problems with, other than I was told my pants would be ready for pickup first thing Thursday morning (This is why I gave two stars, because of this great service I received that night). Everything went downhill from there. When my fiance arrived the first time to pick up my pants, they did not have them ready as promised. They did not have them ready until the following morning, the morning I was supposed to travel for hours to my mother's rehearsal. When my fiance arrived the second time, a groom was picking up his wedding party's suits for his upcoming wedding. The lady working that morning had the audacity to tell that customer that his suits were not ready due to my pants and blame my fiance for coming to pick them up (after the promised pickup time). That was extremely unprofessional and embarrassed my fiance who was there just to pick up my pants for me. How dare that woman blame her lack of hard work on my fiance. That woman was extremely unprofessional, uncalled for, and rude. She needs to be fired...

He found the fit of the shirt that worked well for him and started to try on pants while I chose some different patterns and colors out for him. I pointed out about seven different shirts and only one of them was in his size. The clerk started getting frustrated and told me to just look at the clearance section. The sells clerk refused to take a shirt out that was in my husbands size to try on. He asked my husband if he planned on buying it and my husband said no, that he wanted to try it on first because it’s a different texture than the other one. The guy just stared at us so we said no we won’t buy it then we just left. The sells clerk was Allen H (AJH85) We are going to go to the mens warehouse in Fairview instead.
