I like the store, but I have had bad experience with the cashiers trying to force you to buy their reusable bags each time you shop there, they don't even ask anymore they just scan the bag and charge you when I told the guy on the register I wanted a plastic bag (they had a lot) he said but this is only .25 I said I have so many of them and I don't need them. He didn't like that I'm guessing that's how they make extra profit charging you for something that you didn't even ask. Another thing they have a survey on the screen when you're paying and the same guy chose the score the survey was for me as a customer not for the employee and he just pushed whatever button he wanted. Something similar happened with a different cashier she told me press "10" I'm like no way I'm giving you guys...

I was complaining about the location but the moment I entered FiveBlow my mind was blowing. The organization of the store was amazing. This store was clean and bright.
