I had a disaster experience with this store tonight! After The cashier gave us the receipt we thought The total amount doesnât make any sense, we were checking the items in front of her but the cashier stopped us and told us you should go somewhere else and calculate by yourself !! While we found out she double charged us for one of the Item she was with the other customer so we waited till she finished with the customer, while we were waiting for her to be done with the customer she asked me the receipt , but the customer still was standing in front of the cashier and I didnât want to go to the cashier before the customer leave ! I told her I preferred the customer leave then I come to you and give you the receipt! in a very rude way she told me you are very weird! I said Iâm not weird I just want to respect to the customer privacy and keep the distance and respect his turn , heâs not done yet !! The customer left then I went towards her and gave her the receipt she checked out she found out she double charged us , she returned the money and just looking at our eyes in a very rude way she said you can leave my store now ! I told her we were smart to find out you double charge us and itâs good when you make a mistake say sorry to the customer ! She answered me you shouldnât be rude to ask me to tell you Sorry!!!!! I told her OK !who is your manager? she said oIM THE MANAGER!!!!!! I said OK ,whatâs your name(because she didnât have any badge on her clothes) she told me Iâm not gonna tell my name! you donât need to know my name and you can not do anything!My husband walk-through to the store and asked the other employees to know whatâs the name of the manager . One of those told us I donât know and it was really clear that he was scaring of her ! The second employee told us her name is (((Stephanie )))!! When we were leaving the store I saw her she was talking to the security guy I told her , you are so rude ,you are so unprofessional, you made a mistake and double charged us but you are not dare to say sorry for your mistake ! And instead you arguing with us and try to pretend nothing happened! The security guy interrupt me and started to support her and he told us she is not responsible to talk to You! tonight was a nightmare for us !I never come back to this branch till sheâs the manager of there ! she is not deserve to be a employee of Ross !she has to be trained for the basic customer service, for troubleshooting not for making a trouble!!!!    Read moreThis store has a great selection on almost everything but small section for kids clothing.Everything is well organized and products are good however that means nothing if there is bad customer service and discrimination up front at cashiers. I dont know if this is just in the afternoons but I went in for the first time to support and check out the store with my family because we like shopping at Ross stores for certain items and unfortunately this was the worst situation I've been in as a customer. Two cashiers up front one walked away so there was only one cashier and the only cashier treated us like we weren't able to pay for the items and that was very rude there shall be no discrimination whatsoever but this cashier killed it being rude. I chose not to be rude and left her with all the items bc of how rude she was and that was the end of it. She pretty much gave us dirty looks and said "you have enough for this?" In a oppressing tone and kept asking if I needed to hold anything like if i didnt have enough in my pocket. If i didn't i wouldnt even have walked into the store. So I stopped her and told her it was okay and she lost a great customer. NOT EVER again will I attempt shopping here. No one wants to be somewhere where they'll be discriminated.
