Do not eat here! The cashier (who trained my friend to work there) is not washing her hands from touching money or wiping the tables (with a dirty towel), and she is also not wearing gloves when putting salad on the customers' plates to eat. The food is assembled right behind the wall you're facing, while you pay at the register. Their "garlic sauce" is garlic powder with water and is inedible.
The owner is constantly posting "Help Wanted", however he does not train properly and he does not pay for training, which is illegal. The owner is also asking the job applicants illegal personal questions.
The owner's daughter is also rude and shushed my friend when he asked questions about the job.
I've read another comment where someone got sick after eating at this place. No surprise there, as I already said they handle the food with dirty hands.
This place should be shut down for labor code violations and for health department violations.
They also do not give meal breaks or rest breaks and my friend never got paid...
Β Β Β Read moreMarch 2023 - We frequent this place fairly often but today's visit wasn't the same quality as before.
Food/Pricing - The pricing is good considering the portions and typical quality of the food. However, this past visit was off. Ordered the Lamb Kebab, they asked how I'd like it cooked (never been asked that before from here), I said well done. The onion and bell pepper were very burnt around the edges and the meat was as well. Of course the meat ended up being too dry and tough as well.
The hummus was good as usual but everything else was disappointing this time around.
They also were 'out of water cups'... then proceeded to try and sell us soda from the soda machine (which uses cups) and bottled water. Didn't end up purchasing either.
Service/Ambiance - 4 tables inside and 1 or 2 tables outside.
We really like this place but it'll probably be some time before we try...
Β Β Β Read moreI love this place! They have the only falefel I've ever liked and their shwarma is the best I've ever eaten. They also make some great hummus. I usually order a gyro salad which is just gyro meat over lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cabbage with a tangy lemony dressing over it. Its healthy for that low carb lifestyle and tastes fantastic. The place is really cheap too as you can get that salad of around 8 bucks. I've also had their luleh kabob, and beef kabob both of which are great. The only criticm I could give is that they seem to have different levels of quality pita depending on what you order. A frequent visit for lunch for me because you can also sit outside and enjoy the fine...
