This place is so good there was this amazing worker who was so nice and helped me order the perfect boba! The boba is sooooooo GOOD! I definitely recommend the strawberry milk tea with mango popping boba!!!!! It is pretty sweet so if you don’t like sweetness you can ask them to reduce the sugar!! So come here if you want mouth watering, jaw dropping, incredibly amazing BOBA!!!! The price is about 5$ to 10$ very affordable!!! I also recommend LUV EAT boba TO!!! There are also claw machines in the store that can give you out PRIZES!!! I can’t stop drinking it RN!!! Too good! This place is just very friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in! There are super comfortable chairs and couches, so you can relax! I gave them my order and immediately they made it! It took less than a minute to make this MASTERPIECE!! 🧋It is right next to a ton of different stores so you can get boba and go to the store! I literally can’t right this review because I keep on DRINKING IT!!! The mango popping boba is melt in your mouth!! You can’t stop when you start drinking IT!!! Second time trying Gong Cha, because I didn't have a good time during grand opening and wanted to give it another try. First visit during grand opening the workers were rude and did not inform us that they were out of boba until they made multiple orders ahead of us and we went up to the counter to ask. When I came to visit again, it wasn't super busy but was already backed up. Same problem happened again and they ran out of boba without informing us. When picking up the drinks they didn't let us know that they substituted the honey boba with crystal boba. If I wasn't watching them make the order I wouldn't have known until we drank the drinks. Again they made multiple drinks in front of us and didn't not tell us anything until we walked up to the counter. Two of our drinks were previously made with honey boba but were left to sit for over 20 minutes with minimal boba (since they were running out). Thankfully we were able to get a refund after some haggling but I would not visit again. There are plenty of other boba options in the surrounding area that are stocked with boba and offer better...

They clean the place REALLY well, some customers tend to trash it which is sad. The drinks are really good, I like their creative series or the seasonal drinks. But there is a lot of personal choice in picking a drink. You can chose ice levels, sweetness levels, and toppings (some boba shops don’t give you as much options). Traditionally i tends to like thing less sweet so if you do too, I say go 50% or lower on the sugar levels.

It’s also a nice place to study, there is wifi and outlets at the tables as well. They have their guest wifi out for customers so you don’t have to ask a worker if you’re on the shy side like me (which I appreciate) overall really good experience especially since they are still getting some of their footing down from...
