I've been here multiple times considering I work down the street. 1st thing, the new cashier they have behind the counter doesn't know what she's doing, she's slow, takes 5 minutes to try and spell your name after you just spelled it out for her, evert employee there is lazy, rude and inconsiderate. I walked in the morning, drive thru line backed up and one lady laying her head down. Now on to my order. I ordered the loaded fries add tongue sauce (add not replace the ranch with, add to it) I got my order, the entire right side of my order had a gigantic blob of ranch, and a packet of tounge sauce. Returned to get it corrected. I told the cashier lady (whos slow to understand words) that I wanted loaded fries and add tongue sauce to it. She said ok ill get it fixed. It came back with just tongue sauce and no ranch. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to speak to the manager. She took it to correct it and I overheard her telling her team to double check orders before they leave. Great lady. Nice and trying to get her team to pay attention like a Manger should. Then I heard one of her employees come back and say we asked him 3 times if he wanted ranch and he said no. Ummm no I wanted ranch that came with it and add the extra sauce I requested. Absolutely lazy employees. They all work with a frown. Orders were coming out slow and screwed up. Someone needs to correct this store before it gets shut down because I do like zaxbys I jusy can't stand lazy...
Read moreShalom, I went to Battleground Zaxbys tonight, I went through the drive thru. I love their Southwestern, Grilled Zalad with the dressing that comes with the Zalad. Also, I ordered a strawberry lemonade with the order. The voice coming through the mic told me the amount and I counted my money but was short. So, I went to the window and asked them to take the strawberry lemonade off, they did that. I proceeded to give the skinny Black woman the money. She walked away, taking my change with her. She came back with her manager and the manager had to assist her with something. I asked would you like me to pull forward, she said no, it’s ok. So, I waited at the window for the Zalad, my car is dark on the inside so when I took a quick gander before pulling off, it looked like the Zalad. I said, alright and placed it in my back seat. I arrived home and Zaxby’s isn’t cheap, I took a full gander, in a well lit room; the damn Zalad was an Asian Zalad instead and we do not eat Chinese food. I was so pissed, I couldn’t go back because it would take over 20 minutes to get there and they were closing soon. It took my son forever to eat the salad, he found it to taste weird. Moreover, you have ONE JOB and you FAILED! If I can go in next time, I will! This is ridiculous, lazy, and not focusing...
Read moreMy first order was incorrect, so I attempted to contact the store to rectify but no response. I ended up contacting their customer service team to submit feedback and received a $5 gift card for the inconvenience.
I attempted to use the $5 gift card provided from customer service today, but for some reason the gift card was showing “invalid.” The young lady was super nice and trying but the manager was a piece of work. Immediately demanded the gift card and said “You need a gift card to redeem it” in the sassiest attitude. The gift card was on my phone and had to be given to the manager. He clearly did not know how to operate the system and couldn’t even see the numbers for the gift card that was right in front of him!
He kept saying it was invalid as I continue to tell him forget the gift card and I’ll just pay for the order without the gift card applied. Instead of taking my card to process the payment, he proceeded to interrogate me asking where the gift card was from, why did I receive it, and when did I come. Why is that necessary? Just take my payment!
Manager ended up giving me the food (and this order was still missing items/incorrect) and slammed the window. Definitely will not be returning to...
