Joy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Gulfport

I am beyond upset. Deceitful practice! I was sent a coupon from Joy’s Hallmark giving me $10 off of $40 purchase only to be told it could not be used on Hallmark ornaments. WHAT?!! I drove over an hour to use it.

This coupon was affixed to the card they sent me. The EXCLUSION was in small print on the back of the affixed coupon! They should be embarrassed for this sneaky and deceitful practice. I will NEVER go...

They had a Christmas version of monopoly that was marked 50% off. There were several marked like that in one place. Then in a different place where they actually had Christmas stuff out already, they were not marked down. Cashier was very rude saying it was not supposed to be half off even though there were others marked the same way. I walked out without anything and will never stop that...

A nice Hallmark, an increasingly rare business. Many selections to choose from. I found it a little packed, however, tight spaces in the store. I only gave 4 stars due to the confined space. A larger store front would serve them well. Other than the tight space, no complaints at all. Great store for cards and gifts. I will shop there next time I need...
