Owner chased daughter towards us yelling SHE HAS FOOD NO FOOD ALLOWED... yo do you know what the "food" was? A small piece of cone smaller than her pinky, with no ice cream. Claimed she could get clothes when she hadn't touched any. My daughter felt so bad or even scared bc of the way he told us and she wouldn't move from where she was. Her dad had to carry her. When we were leaving, i told him, JUST TO LET U KNOW, YOU SCARED MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE OF THE WAY U YELLED, he claimed he didn't speak to her. But then again your yelling to us no food 3 feet away and pointing towards her. Yes, you scared her. Then he said my daughter was running in the store and could get hurt.... WHAT?? We had a few mins of being inside, why didn't he say that when he told us about the ice cream. Excuses. He needs to figure out a way of talking to people so this won't happen to...

Came in here to get some t-shirt. They had these gift display on cheap thin styrofoam when I grabbed to look the styrofoam broke the turtle fell and broke the guy was quick to come grabbed from my hands as I was picking up the pieces and charged me. Didn't say Sorry but I have to charge you or anything. I understand that if I broke it I pay for it. But I just wanna share don't even brother try picking up anything to look that's in the styrofoam or try to move to get one of the box...

Great prices for little souvenirs. Been in there 2 times already on our vacation and going to stop one more time before we leave. The owner was very nice but cautioned my son when he was swinging a toy around glass but was completely reasonable. So be sure to keep an eye on your little ones because it is easy to bump and break something… break it you buy it policy. But great prices and a huge selection.
