Way too expensive for simple stuff. The bad thing is you can now buy a vest for a suit for around twenty bucks. Recently ordered a custom vest here for a wedding they charge 60 bucks and I don't get to keep it. I bought a whole suit to wear to church for $70. And that was a name-brand Hagar. And on top of everything else they do not offer a military discount . I think that is not their policy because most Men's Wearhouse in other places were offering military discounts . I just don't know why they have to charge so much for everything. It just doesn't make any sense that a vest and a tie rental shouldn't be $60. It should only be $30 at best. I mean it is just a rental. Or if anything's $15 for the alteration and $15 to rent and a $15 refundable deposit. At the most they should charge $25 and a $10 alteration fee. And a overall deposit of $20. The deposit should be refundable not part of the deal. Even if it is tailored to fit. They should at least throw in a coat for $60 for to rent also. My wife bought a wedding dress from there sister company David's Bridal let's just say it was pretty expensive. But at least she got to keep it. Feel like they are just pricing themselves way too much. That is a reason a lot of people are looking online nowadays. After this experience I understand why online is a little bit better on the pocketbook for weddings. The people here are very professional and a very good staff friendly customer service oriented individuals. Also it is nice that they do offer a physical building for the experience of the wedding party. You won't be unhappy here with the customer service you just may be a little shocked by the prices. I guess I paid dearly for the good service. And for God's sakes like other men's warehouses get a military discount. We totally earned it I did 20 years. I was able to live. When I was asked if I needed help with anything, I was cut off mid sentence and was asked to put a mask on. I tried to explain to the employee that I have a medical condition (received through public safety) and that I can’t wear a mask. The employee “Jim” showed no sympathy and told me to leave the store without offering me any kind of alternatives, being that I’m medically disabled, I tried to get Jim to at least point me in the right direction to get alternatives and it was made apparent that the only alternative was the door. This type of unprofessional and rude behavior was done in front of other customers and employees. I called back to file a complaint regarding this type of discrimination and although the manager was much more pleasant she could only advise me to call customer service and file a complaint. I did this and so far the only thing I have received from them was a “sorry this happened to you and we will address this issue as soon as possible.” I’m in a wedding with 4 others including the groom and 3 of the 4 of us have a disability and the other two received their disability serving this great nation. With all of that being said, I highly recommend not going to this store, you will be treated like trash and all they want is your money. This company does not care about their clientele. This company has employees that are uneducated with the Executive order, along with the ADA. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment online to get fitted and pick out suits to rent for my wedding. We showed up for our appointment and everything from there was wrong. The lady at the counter ignored me for several minutes while I was standing there waiting to check in. Finally she said go to the desk over in the back and the gentleman would help us. I walk back to the desk where a guy was sitting and he was just chatting with a couple folks, never greeted me, didnt even look at me. Finally I said what I was there for and he acted put out by me being there. Apparently there was a couple things that needed to be filled out which was fine. He was not super helpful at explaining options and said pick out examples of what you want. I expected to be measured and that didnt happen, I expected to be able to maybe try a couple things on to see if I liked them, nope that didnt happen. He had the color option we wanted and my fiance had to ask to see it. He told us to come back in a month to get fitted and everything would be ready for my wedding. $260 plus $20 per day till I return the rental. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I wasnt even getting anything crazy. Also I drove out there expecting to take care of everything and we didnt do anything. I felt like the people working in this store could give zero care for customers and that is really upsetting. I was excited to pick out my suit and they made it so uncomfortable and so off-putting that I never want to return.
