I was there shopping yesterday evening with my niece and her friend. I had picked up one of the mini tapestries at the front of the store that was on clearance. We had then moved in front of the register, looking at other items. I had pulled the tapestry out of the bag to take a look and see how big it was. Next thing I know an employee comes up to us and says we all three need to leave the store. I left immediately because I thought it was because I took it out of the package. They then came out of the store and told me that the lady had accused me of trying to Shoplift and then proceeded to ask them how old they were as if that was relevant. Store is super small and was packed with people. Associates were nice but not wearing their masks properly. People weren't being counted properly or they are allowing more people inside than they are supposed to, with people touching everything around and nothing being cleaned. Ex. The woman in front of me in line chose not to get an item so the associate literally just put it back on the shelf. The blonde guy with the long hair is extremely rude. I had been shopping in the store for 5 minutes before the store was at maximum capacity. He came up behind me, tapped on the glass where the jewelry was that I was looking at, and yelled “the store is at maximum capacity” and I said “I’ve been in here for 5 minutes already” and he just looked at me until I left.
