Previous customer here, I have shopped at this store in the past and had an excellent experience with Shay the store manager, she was well versed in product knowledge, and extremely kind and helpful. I returned today and was very disappointed to find that she has left the company, as all of the girls I spoke to knew very little about the product and company at all.
