I went to Cinnabon on 6/18/21 @ 6:46pm at Concord mills (Concord, NC) Bakery# 8104 and the service was horrible. I rung up by a young lady that did not know pricing on mini cinnabons in bulk count since they did not have any pre-boxed. I asked if I could get some boxed up, she refused. I asked for a 12 count, she suggested a 16 count. I agreed, upon my purchase another young lady started using a spatula and tossing 3-4 mini cinnabons in a small box.
I asked could she place them in then more neat or just give me the regular box they would come in if I bought a 12-16 count, she grunted and complained out loud as if my request was unreasonable.
A gentleman by the name of Kyle Moats (I assume he was an assistant manager) then came up and stated that the cinnabon box they would use for one big cinnabon was the only thing available or they could put each one in it's separate box.
I told him that makes no sense when I see boxes for bulk cinnabons under the counter. He refused to give me one and told me he was going to refund me. I took my refund! Worse service I received in a long time from an establishment especially since Covid.
Kyle did not care about my request, nor did the other two young ladies. If my request was to have them placed neatly, who would say no to that.

However, recently was at this location 20 minutes prior to closing and they had plenty in the window to fulfill my request for 4. I was informed that they couldn't do a 4-pack because they were out of boxes and that we'd have to pay full price for each one as a single. They were out of BOXES! One particularly intelligent employee said to the cashier to just simply put 4 in individual boxes and charge us for the 4 pack. The cashier just walked off and another guy walked over and said that they had to charge full individual price since they were out of boxes for 4-packs. He said this was because the 4-packs are sold cheaper because they were old. I thought it was a discount since you were purchasing 4 NOT because you are buying stale OLD product. The second time I went, she had an AirPod in her ear and couldn't hear me, so I had to keep repeating myself. I asked if they were going to make anymore cookies because they only had one left and she said no. After I had gotten out of the movie, they had made more cookies but after having two bad experiences, I decided not to stand in line for the cashier to "huh" me since I had a question. Another thing, make sure you get a receipt because I ordered the same thing both times and was told what my amount was going to be (both times the same amount) but when I got home, I had been charged more than what she told me.
