Worst experience with Kohls pick up. Drove 20 mins to wait in line to get my order. After I got it I walked away and opened the bag to find it was a crop top black tank top which I ordered a long one. I went to the section to find the correct one I ordered that was pictured on my order. I went back to the line and told the lady what happened. She said well I’ll just return this one and you can buy this new one. The problem with that was that my tank that I got was on sale for $4 and she said the new tank was $12. I said can I just get the correct tank top that I ordered please? She said, well here is the correct number you will have to go look for that. I said I have already tried looking for it and could only find this one, is there someone in woman’s that can help me? She said no sorry we are short handed. I said I’ll just take the return. She gave me $4 in kohls cash, no tax on it. I saw this after I left the line. I wasn’t going in the line a 3rd time. I really was disappointed in the customer service here. I worked in retail for 8 years and def know how short handed feels but helping the customer was always our priority. Very poor...
   Read moreI shop here often. Went shopping the day after christmas thinking things would have calmed down a little bit. Nope, the line was still going around the store, which is fine. I understand, everyone likes shopping at Kohl's. Well I have two items, so I went to the jewelry counter where they have a cash register and she just checked someone out and all I did was ask if it was possible if she could check me out. She was VERY rude about it and said "If you're not purchasing any jewelry items, then no I'm not checking you out." I was very surprised by this considering this is the bottleneck of the store, instead of just standing there and looking at these jewelry cases, why not check a few customers out? I'm sorry, but I find that rule a little silly, just think of all the money your missing out on because of customers coming in and seeing that line and turning around and walking out. Well Kohl's missed out on at least a $75 purchase from me and it's going to take a little while for me to get over that rude employee you had behind the jewelry counter on Dec 26th...

His name is JARVIS if that’s how you spell it and he has the worst customer service skills I’ve ever encountered. He refused to return my item I purchased online saying that they can’t make returns for items ordered online. I said I have never had this issue with anywhere else and he lied to me and said “everywhere is like that, youre wrong and you don’t know what you’re talking about” how dare he tell me I am wrong and speak to me in such a disrespectful way. Other people around heard him and said we should all report him to corporate and that’s exactly what I’m going to do. This man clearly has mental health issues.
