Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Hendersonville

I am highly disappointed with this place and the so call online delivery service. I took my niece there for her birthday for the first time to get a bra. Had a great experience in store, find her bra size and she was so excited. Went and paid for it to be told that they would have to order it and ship it to her address because they don't carry that size in store. Well they said it would arrive 2-4 days it's been 12 days and still no bra. Status reads it is being shipped back for the second time. I call back and say ship it to the store. Well I look up status and now they have changed the bra size to another size that my niece did not size for. This place is a JOKE. This was our 1st experience and the LAST! Do not order a bra from them......now what excuse am I gonna hear with more waiting. What a birthday gift....this is sad and poor customer service. Never again. Amazon we...

Guess I was the wrong color to get service! Was in the store over 15 minutes and not one sales associate even said hello let alone tried to help me yet customers who came in after me were greeted and helped. After being upset with not getting service I walked out the store and the 2 associates standing at the door still didn’t bother to say anything which made the situation worse so I walked back into the store and spoke to the two ladies standing there about not being helped and one turned her nose up and walked off like I was not worthy of her time while the other apologized but had no explanation as to why no one even offered a hello, goodbye or any help. Needless to say I will never shop this location again and I am a loyal Victoria secret customer and credit...

I got to Victorias Secret as soon as it open. The area was clean and organized. There were two ladies toward the front who were having a conversation…all I heard was “Loser” 😂 Anyways Nika picked up the load from the back of the store guiding me to the bras I came for (maximum support) One of the ladies I saw when I first came in came back to ask if I needed anything? She led me to the checkout counter. Nika was super helpful at the counter looking up my available balance and ringing up my merchandise. She gave me coupons and instructions.Overall positive experience thanks to minds that bounced back after a rocky...
