Too many inexperienced skaters immersed in their mobile devices are a danger to the rest of us trying to skate. I was amazed at the rude and selfish behavior of many families stopping in the middle of the rink to take family photos. It's like these people are oblivious to how their actions impact others. I also noticed lots of reckless skating that resulted in people not just falling but flailing their arms and sharp ice skates in the path of others. Since most of these skaters can't be bothered to concern themselves with safety of others the staff needs to enforce rules and remove skaters that are putting others at risk. Super nice gentleman was requesting people fill out waiver on phone to speed up the process, but then says the line is caused from people disputing the age limit with out an adult present. By the time we got to front, we had already lost 20 minutes of our skate time, but it was still full price! No exceptions!
