Kirkland's Home — Local services in Hiram

Looking for a home decor decoration/decorations, this might be your store. That is if you enjoy rude sales associate. When we went into Kirkland's Home, there was a sign on a table that read "Clearance" plus there were about six other items on the same table next to the "Clearance Sign" When I asked the sale associate, how much the items on the table were? Her response was..... these items are regular price, it's just the table that's marked down. I replied, isn't that misleading to the customers because they are probably thinking the same as myself. The sign should have read... Clearance - only the table. After she told me it was only the table, not the items next to the clearance sign. Then she looked up at me, She gave me a hateful look and walked away and when I try to make small talk when checking out all of my items that was over $$ that I had purchased. She wouldn't smile, tell me to have a nice evening, literally acting like I did not exist. EXCUSE ME... Kirkland Home! Is this how your employees treat their customers because they don't like a comment about the clearance table?! I really doubt if I ever shop at this location ever again. Seriously.... Why should she even be around any customer if she treats them in such a cold manner?! Kirkland Home, will never get my money ever again, especially at that location. Sad,...

How to make a story short? Melissa (Mgr) & Miya (Assist. Mgr) were AWESOME. I was trying to piece together a Jackson Table, 4 chairs and a bench to pick up. The online chat made me call 4 locations. Every store was helpful but these guys were Great! You would think in these days of the pandemic you would get this type of service everywhere but that is not the case unfortunately. They physically checked stock by phone for me since I was coming from Dawsonville. They measured boxes. Put it on hold for me. In a time it is nearly impossible to find things in stock I had every piece on Sunday before Thanksgiving and enjoyed it with my family instead of using a fold out table. Furniture is great quality for the price. Even has threaded inserts for assembly. I would always be willing to drive over 1.5 hours again to this location if so needed something. Placed an online(curbside) order today and it states will be ready to pick up in two hours. It wasnt. I never received a text, email or phone call letting me know status of my order so I called them after the two hour mark and he said they were sorry they were busy and hadnt had time to do it but would do it now. It is now 1 hour and a 1/2 later and they close in 10mins. I still have no email or phone call from them letting me know status on my order. If I would have known I couldnt pick it up today I would have just gone to the store myself to pick out my items. I will not be ordering online to pick up at curbside anymore. No customer service shown in this situation and very disappointed in their customer service. Dont offer something your store is unable to fulfill just offer shipping to home. Highly...
