Good product TERRIBLE service!!! Tonight I went to this location to pick up an online order. I noticed that they were busy and I waited in the regular line to pick up my order after waiting 15 minutes in line the girl behind the counter proceeded to service a customer who clearly came in after I did. After I interjected and said I was there first. I proceeded to state that I had come to pick up an online order. The girl behind the counter tried to direct me to the online order line, to wait further. I stated I had already waited in the current line, why should I have to wait further. Another associate interjected and started to look for my online order, which I believe is the correct and obvious thing to do. I just think this treatment is very rude and disrespectful. How hard it is it to reach over the counter and hand me my order? Aside from the disrespect I suffered at the location, the food preparation area appeared unkempt and dirty with previous orders ice cream. It appeared as though they had not cleaned their workstations since they opened and the employees we're dirty with ice cream all over the uniforms and on their upper arms. Some of the employees were also not wearing gloves and given the current pandemic this is quite irresponsible, they could be putting immunocompromised customers at risk, who just wanted an ice cream. I think this is unclean and unsightly and employee should periodically clean themselves to avoid physical contamination of further orders. In protest of my treatment, I will never patronize this location again and for the interest of public health and safety, I will call DPH to request an inspection. I also think that the employees desire to serve a customer who came after I did shows implicit bias as well, but that's a separate issue in itself, that cannot be remedied. Went in the other day with my mom a little early for Mother’s Day… it was PACKED in there (not sure if that was because it was Mother’s Day weekend or if that’s just a typical Saturday night!) but the employees were ✨killin’ it✨. They were moving people through so efficiently that they cleared the line in minutes… over and over and over again! The ice cream was delicious and made just how my mom and I wanted it.

Special shout out to Jennifer! She was the most chipper, upbeat person I’ve ever seen working in customer service. I had to apologize because I had a toothache that threw me off because I couldn’t get the (crunchy) stuff I’d usually order—she gave me sample after sample with a smile on her face and waved off my apologies. She was super sweet! And she helped me figure out an order that would be super tasty without hurting my sore tooth. 10/10—thank you, Jennifer, you made my night so much better! Hope you...

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would! This girl claimed to be a night lead was extremely disrespectful and I will never go back to this freaking place again! She seems very hesitant when waiting on people of color and throws the ice cream together. What happened to the experience???? She even scraped most of my ice cream off the cup and threw away ..Are you serious???
