Donât go here expecting to see a doctor- they often donât even have one in the building. I went there at the behest of my primary care doctor and the lady at the front desk made an appointment with me for one of their âphysiciansâ. 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I was led into an exam room and a physician assistant (PA) came in and began talking to me. I insisted I wanted to see a doctor. He told me that their wasnât one in today. He then said âIâve been doing this for 25 years and you think youâre so special that only a doctor can help you?â I said that I wanted to see a doctor because thatâs who I made an appointment for. He then told me he can do everything a doctor can do and it is under the supervision of a doctor. But after further questioning, he meant that âsupervisionâ is the doctor reading notes after the treatment was already was administered. That is legal in New Jersey. But it does not mean that a real doctor is physically present to approve treatments. A mid level provider was running his own doctors office. So it turns out that the confusion in making the appointment was due to the front desk lady, who was telling the patients that the physicians assistants were physicians. She insisted that âthey are trained the sameâ. Ask any MD or DO that goes through 8 years of medical school and residency and then have to pass both written and oral board exams if they would agree. Certainly not. Anyway, they told me that the actual doctor often isnât there. DO NOT GO HERE. If you are expecting empathy and excellence, do not go here. If you are looking for a practice with rude staff that cuts corners to make a buck, this is the place. This is a practice where mid level providers administer treatment independently without the consultation of a doctor. The staff are either purposefully lying to patients or too incompetent to know what a doctor is....
   Read moreI usually come here for my son and everyone I meet from the receptionist to the doctor has always been a pleasure. This is why I decided to go to this office when my primary referred me to a dermatologist for a skin issue I am currently having.
However, the experience I endured today was far from pleasant. The young lady I spoke with today, Anna, was completely RUDE, unprofessional, and argumentative to say the least. Iâm not sure if sheâs reception or the 3rd party service they use for customer service but her customer service was the worst Iâve received in a while.
My reason for calling was to reschedule an appointment I made earlier today. Anna stated she didnât have a member ID on file for me and insisted I gave her one or else she wouldnât reschedule me. I explained to her the rep I spoke to earlier never stated this or made it such a âbig dealâ she simply said asked if I had the card available ..I stated no because I am at work, should I call back with this information? The young lady said no worries we will text you and you can send us a picture of the front and back of card if not make sure to bring it in on the day of you appointment. I said perfect and I was scheduled. When I explained this to Anna she seemed upset huffed and puffed over the call and went back and forth with me about it until I finally gave her my insurance information then she basically argued with me about the billing for that too. I just feel no one should have to go through all of this just to schedule a appointment and as a new patient. This type of behavior in a work environment is unacceptable? The only reason why I am keeping the appointment is because I really love the service of the doctors and hopefully I am lucky to continue receiving the exceptional customer service I received in...

My young daughter is a patient here and she was put on a very strong acne program which isnât the problem, the problem is the LACK OF COMMUNICATION and UNPROFESSIONALISM! Sheâs been calling and texting through their portal and no one can seem to give the courtesy of a response as if they lacked the training for that here. My daughter asked me to call to see if I can get a response, however when I did, I didnât reach their office, I was routed to their off site customer service portal who then tried to connect me to the office ONLY for the office to have the liberty to reject the phone call because theyâre âtoo busyâ dealing with other patients (despite you stating your call is for a current patient as well AND for a pressing matter that requires an immediate response). I hope this review reaches upper management and they are aware of how unprofessional and incompetent this officeâs staff is! I will be sure to let everybody know to never go here and believe me i know a lot of people, as I deal with a lot of medical referrals myself. I have NEVER dealt with such incompetence and lack of care for a patient from an office in my life. Unbelievable! If my daughter loses her program, which is intense because of this office, believe me, not only will I be making a complaint to the board of medical examiners but I am prepared to put in ALL the necessary complaints needed. Your phone greeting say your calls are recorded for training purposes - i dare you to pull todays calls with Nicholas and Freddy and see how both times I was promised a return call before the end of the day today and I was not given the courtesy of a call.
