Walgreens — Local services in Hoboken

Worst pharmacy in town. Severely understaffed and not competent. We waited over an hour for a flu shot after having an appointment and then when we booked AVAILABLE booster appointments a week ahead of time, the DAY OF we get a phone call saying “sorry we actually close before your appointment so you have to reschedule” and (of course) there are no more appointments all week long. I went to CVS online and was able to get one same day and had a VERY pleasant experience. Don’t waste your time...

Pretty terrible pharmacy overall. Almost gave two stars because, well, they do try hard. Unfortunately when it comes to prescription drugs, there are no points for partial credit.

Chronically understaffed. Every time I’ve called, hold times are 20+ min (on a good day). Standing here now and they don’t have the prescription they claimed was ordered a week ago.

rude assistant manager was useless in assisting with proper application of coupons. in store advertised coupons are a scam because apparently you have to clip them before you get to the store? she had no way to override the system to apply the coupon. a helpful employee suggested soomething but she wasn't interested in helping. it makes no sense, seems like illegal false advertising of price, will be reporting them to the attorney...
