I feel totally insulted about the whole process of how they go about buying things from you. From the time I walked through the door I didn’t feel welcome. There was no greeting. I was confused about the process because she took the items. However she said next time could you have them in a box or a bag but I called before I went and was not told this information and this was my first time selling. So I was not aware that the items were supposed to be in a bag or a box or I would’ve had them like that when I came. The second piece of disappointment was waiting 25 to 30 minutes to be told that you’re not going to purchase the items that process needs to be changed if there’s a way to let people know without wasting their time completely that you’re not going to buy their items that would be best. The fact that I took time out my day to come to the store that I often shop at with my daughters gave you 30 minutes of my time for you to say that you will not buy my items was a total disregard of how inconvenient that was. I do know that I do not plan to shop at this store again because of that experience because I feel like they lack Customer Service and empathy for the customer. The buying process needs to be revised and be more convenient for the customer not the store. Also, the greeting of customer needs to be coached because when I walk in the store, I feel unwelcome. I feel unwanted and I also feel unappreciated and I have spent a lot of money in that store. I can’t tell you that I will not recommend anyone shop here because of my experiences that I have had, but I could have thought about it or giving a second thought, and it could’ve been redeemed had not my selling experience been so bad. They didn’t even go through the clothes because they were EXACTLY like we placed them in the basket. I was extra attentive because someone told us not to take our things there because they have poor customer service, but we understand that everyone can have a different experience anywhere they go, so we came anyway. When we walked in we instantly felt all eyes on us because all the 5 attendees were starting at us with nasty looks on their faces. Then they were all looking at each other before coming to assist us. Then to tell us they wouldn’t take anything because they have stains on them. Such a GREAT experience!! This was my first time in this location and we were blown away! Prices were great, so many name brands, great quality clothing, the store was clean and organized as well!! The men’s section had great options from jeans, sweatshirts, dress shirts, t-shirts, etc. which is so nice to see as many thrift stores in the area don’t have great options for young men. The staff was so sweet, friendly, helpful, and conversational with my husband and I about the store and answering a few questions we had!
