RUN AWAY!!! I went in to get my screen replaced and paid $190 (with tax, $201). I wasn’t even fully out the door when the screen started glitching. It looked fake. I had been told it was great quality, but as soon as it was placed on my phone, the problems began: the screen color was off, facial recognition stopped working, and the overall appearance felt cheap.

I went back inside and spoke with the person who helped me. They reset my phone, and I left thinking maybe that would fix it—but the same issues continued. I walked back in, and they sent me to the owner. The owner barely listened to me, said the screen might be defective, took my phone, and started replacing it.

After the replacement, the new screen still looked terrible—washed out colors and obviously low quality. I figured I’d live with the color as long as everything else worked. But as I went about my day, I noticed more glitches. By the time I could return, the store had already closed and I had work the next day.

Not even two days later, a minor tap on my phone caused the screen to go completely dark. When I hear “good quality,” I expect something that lasts. This place is a complete scam. I went back and spoke with the manager, who refused to do anything unless I paid another $190.

Good price quote, but really unfortunate quality. Though my phone was imperfect when I brought it in, it left with MORE problems than it came with-- irreparable damage. After an alluring price ($110 for a screen replacement on an LG G5) and short time commitment (30-40 mins), I went to retrieve my phone. The screen was slightly raised on top, and after inquiring about it to the owner's employee, she tried to press it back in. Unfortunately, this led to her cracking the (brand new!) screen. The owner (who fixed my phone) insisted that it was uncracked and unraised when he was done with it (which is unlikely since I don't know how the screen would raise itself). Bottom line, I had to take another hour somewhere else to replace my screen since this was Shatter & Case's last screen in stock. At the new place, they told me that I was MISSING PIECES in my phone. When I called the owner (after mishearing me multiple times due to the newly missing ear piece), he denied the existence of it ever being there and didn't offer to fix the problem he created at all. He was obviously careless if he didn't even notice that the screen was raised in the first place, so I don't trust that the piece was missing before. I did not have volume or hearing problems before I brought it to Shatter & Case to be fixed, and the piece I'm missing can't be purchased separately. Highly regret...

Berry is the man in charge and he toke advantage of me and my husband my husband had cancer we waited well over a year for our laptops and never received them he gave us run around after another telling us they were broke when they weren't there just a little crack at the bottom literally my son was playing on his game the day we brought it in then he said our PC board motherboard was fried impossible because it was a new gaming laptop he also replace the screen on my cell phone and broke the fingerprint button on the back of my phone and he said it was already like that but I literally had to unlock my phone so he could work with it and I use my fingerprint before he replaced the screen he's a disloyal an dishonest person over a year later my husband is now deceased my husband Trested this man an that is why he brought me there I had contact him one last time and he said my computer's were sent out and he will get in contact with me when they return he's has told me that time and time again and yet to get into contact now whenever I try to reach out I get direct call to a plane voicemail with no voice recording I have spoken with my lawyer and if he does not get in contact with me and return my money and property my lawyer will be filing a case this place needs to be...
