I am sorry to have to write this review . While Jill the owner is a pleasant smart business woman, she should better screen those she has working for her . I have been a loyal customer of finders keepers for years. Yesterday my husband purchased a bag, he brought it home and I didn’t like it . I drove the 45 minutes to get to the store and explained to Shannon the person in charge that I would like to return it. It was purchased less than 24 hours prior . She refused to take the bag back .She told me I am sorry there is nothing I can do. I asked if she can call the owner , to which she replied “NO.” In business there is something called “customer Service” unfortunately, Shannon who is smug and sarcastic apparently missed that class. I unfortunately WILL NOT be shopping there again . I have sent friends and family to the store . Businesses ( especially small business ) depend on word of mouth marketing . I am going to do the opposite now . All because Shannon did not know about good customer service . I have been shopping at Finders Keepers since they opened 14 years ago. Jill is a savvy business woman, who adds so much to our community. I have purchased both new and consignment items and they have always been of the highest quality. Her staff is helpful and courteous always. During the lockdown Jill kept in touch with us on Facebook live, where we were able to communicate and say hi to our friends and to her virtually.We learned about new items and fashions and talked about better days to come. In response to Heidi - I have been shopping at Finders Keepers for many years. My experience with Jill and her staff, (included Shannon quite recently) has never been anything but a positive experience. Not only do I frequent the shop, my 10 year old daughter enjoys shopping with me. The staff has always gone above and beyond in welcoming her and assisting in purchases. It is well know that all sales are final. It's shameful that an adult would throw a temper tantrum, and in doing so tarnish the name of a hardworking small business.
