I wanted so much to like this place. Everyone was polite and the options were plentiful but the space is very small and cramped. My nail technician had to move her chair front and back to allow the other other technicians to access the supplies behind her and to navigate around the table. I had to move over to the next space in the middle of my service and it was overall just a bad experience for me. When she brought out the industrial size jar to just scoop out the crystals with no space on the table, I took the opportunity to thank her politely and shared that I was going to skip the hand massage. It’s been a week and my thumb nail has chipped on the top. The gel polish on the other fingers are starting to bubble and during the removal process of the existing dip polish, she used the removal drill so intensely that the heat of the grinding was felt all the way through that I asked her to stop. She did not soak or wrap my fingers in remover prior- she simply wanted to use the drill tool. After the burning sensation, I asked if she could wrap my fingers with foil and remover to soften the polish first. This was my first visit here and I have spa mani/pedicures on a consistent, on going basis. I was having my hair done so I thought of getting my nails done there. Unfortunately, I will not return there again. I wanted so much to like it. The lack of space is very uncomfortable and a safety issue. I go to get my nail services as a treat. This certainty was not one....
Read moreI have to agree with the reviews that reference the quality of work. I normally go to Gradient Nail but because they were booked and I was desperate, I ended up here.
Let me tell you, their work is very sloppy. I went in for a hard gel refill. The girl servicing me went pretty fast, I'm not sure if she had another appointment after me, but she was rushing through it and it turned out sub-par for the price. Also it was strange that instead of cutting the nail short with a nail cutter, she opted to file it all the way down. So much filing that it was uncomfortable. Also their facility is not very clean and the employees also look sloppy as if they just jumped out of bed and cam straight to work. Anyways, I will not be coming back. I was so spoiled at Gradient Nail that the difference was...
Read moreEverything was going as expected however at the end we were shocked to learn that in this specific nail shop they charge $80.00 custom charge +$30 nail art on top of a basic pedicure. My daughter asked for a French tip and acrylic overlay. Basically they added $78.00 WITHOUT explaining ahead of time. We get pedicures at least twice a month and we have never heard of an additional charge of $78 for a French tip, if you look at their menu it doesn’t explain in detail all these hidden charges. In our state we get a complimentary mimosa and water or coffee or any beverage we please as soon as we walked in, this nail shop doesn’t offer that either. The price is not the issue the issue is the way things were handled. Their customer service definitely needs to be improved as well as their...
