OVERALL: I would definitely come back!! I have even referred friends who are visiting. Amazing place!!

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: They are located in the Ala Moana Hotel, in the Kona Towers, 4th floor (enter hotel and go toward the back left, where you will follow signs for Kona Towers and enter the elevator). Call them, and they will assist in letting you up. Please note that you do need a key card to access the 4th floor. We got lucky and someone was in the elevator with us. If you get lucky too, they are located in Suite 434.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Exceptional!! Both masseuses were kind, friendly, and engaging at the appropriate times. They answered any questions we had and because it was our first time, they took time to explain the package purchased. We didn't feel rushed, which was very nice. After our massage, we were offered a small treat/beverages. They encouraged us to take our time and enjoy.

EXPERIENCE: My boyfriend surprised me with a couples massage while we were visiting. He bought a special for Valentine's, which included a 75min massage, aroma oils (we opted for peppermint which provided a cool and refreshing scent), mini facial/mask, and refreshments after (small chocolates, apple cider, and detox tea). I recommend a warm beverage after, as it will help soothe and replenish your body. Cold liquids can provide a shock to your body and qi. The lobby area has nice aesthetics and a small seating areas. Through the double doors is the massage room. From what I remember, there were two small individual rooms, and a larger room where 2-3 massage beds can go. My boyfriend and I were in the same room and it was very cozy and spacious! The temperature was also nice (not too cold) and the lights nicely dimmed. The instrumental music was also nice and soothing. For females, they provide a new, disposable panty to wear during your massage. They have baskets for your clothing and belongings. Located in the back of this room, there is a small restroom with a shower. I didn't inquire about this, but appears that you can rinse/shower off before or after if you'd like. We had YB and Fumi, and they were AMAZING!!!! I enjoy a deep/firm pressure, while my boyfriend enjoys softer pressure. They both were attentive to our individual needs and provided the perfect pressure! It was very relaxing and much needed! The hot stones and towels were the perfect touch!! I don't do facials or face masks usually, but this was a nice ending! Overall, we left feeling very relaxed!!

CLEANLINESS: Very clean! This is huge for me and my boyfriend. We were very pleased with the facility (appearance, smells, and linens).

My boyfriend and I booked a couples massage during our vacation, and it was such a relaxing way to recharge during our trip! We got the lomi lomi massage and our therapists YB and Fukumi paid close attention to our individual needs and made sure we were both totally at ease.

The spa is located inside the Ala Moana Hotel (you don't need to be staying there to access this spa!) we were greeted by the front of the hotel so we had no trouble getting to the spa. The ambiance was just what you’d want on a Hawaiian getaway—calming, with a hint of island scents and soft, soothing music. Plus, they offered complimentary refreshments afterward, which was a nice touch.

If you’re planning a Hawaii vacation and want to add a little extra pampering to your stay, My Hawaii spa and lounge is definitely worth it! We left feeling rejuvenated and ready to soak up more of the island sunshine!...

This was the best spa treatment I’ve experienced. Jay did an amazing awesome job. From head to toe, very relaxing, released my pain in my body, cleansing, healing. The hot rocks and hot towels were so warm and relaxing. The head and foot massage was awesome. The facial massage and mask and treatment was so soothing. This was the best gift to receive for such a time as this after my husband’s passing. Atmosphere was very quiet with soothing music and you are the only one there.
