I had to give a shoutout to this food truck because that wet burrito absolutely slapped. I actually been here more than a hand full of times now. I love trying new dishes here. The tacos amazing as well! The food is packed with super flavorful, tender meat and fresh veggies, and topped off with the sauce that brought it all together. Every bite was legit fire. The orange truck is hard to miss, and once you try the food, you’ll be glad you didn’t. You can tell they put real love into what they’re making. Friendly people, good vibes, and food that hits the spot—definitely a go-to. Don’t sleep on it. A great place with a good story! Talk to Gordo himself and Gabe 🤙🏽 My photo skills do not do justice go tryyyy

My husband and I have been here for a year and had our eye on trying Gordos for awhile now. We decided to try it now that my dad came to visit, and none of us could eat meat due to Good Friday. There was a good amount of vegan options, and vegetarian options, to our surprise. I wish I would've snapped a picture of my food, but it looked good and was SUPER yummy. My favorite was the Chipotle salsa they give you. It was spicy, but packed with flavor! I'd definitely recommend for anyone wanting vegan Mexican food. As for the decor, my dad said it reminded him of Veracruz (where he's from) so they nailed the look!

Had a nice time here. Parking right in front, next door, or across the street. The restaurant shares space with a cafe(I was so confused lol). Horchata was creamy, pork street tacos were good(esp with the consume), and it was my first time having a torta and it was amazing. The bread was soft but toasted, the flavors were so strong, and it was hot but didn’t burn my mouth (I tried the Philly torta and it really tasted like a Philly cheesesteak with the bun upgraded). Oh, and the tacos were only $3 each! Every where else on Oahu is $4+

OMG amazing. There’s still a party going on inside my mouth but I wanted to write this immediately. Our dinners were fantastic. We’d tried some of the other vegan food trucks and were disappointed at lack of flavour. No such problems here. A few of the menus options weren’t available so we settled on the vegan nachos, cali burrito and grande burrito. The man is a genius in the kitchen, they are all fantastic and each of us wants exactly the same thing next time. From the tip jar saying ‘appreciated but not expected’ to the cutlery, hot sauce and napkins so we could take it back to our hotel room, this is by far the best meal we’ve had in Hawaii. It’s closed Wednesday but we’re going back Thursday and making sure we’re really hungry as the portions are grande. Our holidays are always ‘eating holidays’ and this is one we will no doubt measure all future Mexican meals on from here on in....

This hidden gem is on the way to the North shore. The food is some of the best mexican food in the island. Definitely better than any of the food trucks further up the road. They have vegan options including cheese, horchata, and a variety of vegan meats. The also have weekly specials not included in the online menu. I have the most amazing loaded nachos! They are freshly made and the use homemade chips ( not the cheap corn chip stuff). The decor is an island, boho, mexican style that looks great in photos if that's your thing. And if you are in a group, there is a pizza place and a juice and creamery all with vegan options as well. When you are done head upstairs to the thrift shop(Green Gypsy Thrift Store) and find a cute gift for yourself or a friend. Then head into the north shore for...

I ordered the chipotle vegan dish which comes with 3 corn tacos.

Flavor is great, rice is great. Food portion is great. Tacos are tiny, can barely fit anything in them compared to meal size and two of them were ripped upon opening which was slightly disappointing.

This is the 3rd time ordering something on their menu in this last year that said it had mushrooms and none of them did. The second time the employee had said they were out of mushrooms when I asked about. Do they just not have mushrooms anymore? That's my favorite part, so it made eating just peppers and onions a bit meh... But again, the flavor is really good.

I love that they are part of the Full Cycle Takeout program. Love that they have...
