This place was locked up and I waited there for a half an hour to 45 minutes for somebody to come back. There was no sign on the door or nothing to let us know if they were even coming back. I bought sandels and literally walked out and came back an hour and a half later to exchange them for a bigger size like I originally wanted but was talked into getting a smaller size thinking the guy that was helping me was a professional. Only to find out no they would not take them back and they said that they were too worn. So I bought the bigger size anyway but was totally disappointed in the way they handled this they definitely could've resold them no problem.

This is the sandels I bought both which one looks used to you? You could've offered me a discount I found the same pair up north at 20 bucks less. Don't try to blame it on your manufacture he recommended the smaller pair as it fit better that's poor customer service on your part and the fact that you have other reviews complaining about nobody being there during the middle of a day says it all!...

Store is literally NEVER open! As much as this seems like I'm exaggerating, my wife & I came by yesterday for "local" sandals and flip-flops like Olukai's and they weren't open on a Friday at 2:00PM in the afternoon... we thought we try again and just went by them at 7:51PM on a Saturday night... and the store was closed again!

How do they make any money? Ha, well good luck! Take a small trip down the street to "Island Sole", as they have a few locations in Waikiki and are open during normal business hours, accommodating, friendly... oh, and did I mention they're also open during normal business hours. Enough time spent on this, but again, I just want to advise ALL CONSUMERS to go elsewhere or for management to understand that you cannot sell any of your products if your doors are...

Was the closest place to our hotel that sold rainbow brand sandals so we swung by around 11 and the doors were locked and the lights were closed we called a couple times to no answer went to a store across the way to ask if they knew when it would be open all employees said the same thing they’re never there even though they have the same store hours but they weren’t surprised the doors were locked they said it’s.
