Lovely experience.

My friend and I came into the store so we could look at buying some potential footwear and bags. While I did not end up making a purchase at this store, my friend did.

We were greeted by the lovely, Annie who was able to help make our experience that extra bit special and 100% stress free. Rather being a general pushy sales person, she instead started conversation as if we just met at a social function. Thanks to this, we instantly became comfortable. After reviewing a few products, she recommended a few products, told us all the information in regards to the items and made sure she kept to our desired budget.

Although I could not find much that interested me, my friend was able to find exactly what she had been looking for thanks to Annie. I highly recommend talking to her upon any visits to the Gucci store here. It really was a privilege being served by her.

The store itself is very well looked after, everything is kept organised and split into their own sections. The variety of stock in unreal! This is easily one of the best Gucci stores I have been to.

Pricing in Hawaii for Gucci is very low compared to the mainland. If your travels take you to Hawaii, I highly recommend hold off on buying any products that are available at the Hawaii store as you could save up to a couple hundred dollars.

In conclusion, I highly recommend visiting this store and ask for Annie. If you can not get her, don't stress and I'm sure the other amazing staff members there will be able to help you find your new...

I don't spend too much time in the luxury shops in the mall, to be honest, I have drifted in and out of the luxury world over the course of my life. It's fabulous to have fine quality things that last, but there is always an endless supply of lovely things out there to want....things should never be more important than people, nor should they be used to fill a hole in one's life anymore, than any other vice....That being said, I do adore both window shopping, thinking, interacting and purchasing something lovely! Who doesn't enjoy that dopamine rush? And I highly recommend LA Casa di Gucci for just such an experience. Harry, my sales professional, was fabulous! It had been a while since I toured my way through Gucci. He was patient and funny, kind, and showed me several items that I had an interest in. I move through life with a high vibe, but sometimes even my vibe needs "a pick me up". I'm a manifesting type and a future purchaser. It's an old money thing...I guess. Did I fall in love with several items Harry showed me? Yes, indeed. He was kind enough to text photos and info about them to my phone. Twice a year, I buy myself a lovely gift because I deserve it. On my birthday, and again on Mother's Day. This Sagittarius has time to think it over, and for me, that's half the fun! If you go see Harry, tell him I said Aloha! Gucci,...

I’ve had two Gucci wallets over the years and loved it.

Went to Gucci on Sunday to purchase another one. No one acknowledged me in the store. I was within close proximity to other customers being helped. The sales advisor closest to me while looking at the mens wallets didn’t even offer to see if I needed assistance or in between her sale offer to get another associate to assist me. I heard her do it for another client to make sure they were taken care of but nope, not for me.

I found it interesting that the guy whom I assume was security went from front of the store to later the back of the store where I was checking out the wallets. He was silent as could be though. Didn’t say a word or look my way, but I did feel he was watching me.

What’s funny about this experience is that. I went to Louis Vuitton after this and purchased a new wallet there for $700.

When I returned to the Gucci store to check out the wallets again while carrying my LV bag. I was finally offered some help. Coincidence ? Or was I just pre-judged initially?

Either way. I will be moving future business to established like LV who provide prompt...
