If I could rate our experience with this company using more stars I absolutely would. If you are new to Hawaii and are looking to rent scooters this is the company to use! They are 100% legit and made the process so easy that when we go back we will most definitely use them again. I also want to stress that renting scooters in Hawaii was one of the best parts of our trip. It was an absolute blast and a complete joy to have the freedom to roam the island and explore at our own pace. We could not have done that without these scooters and without the ease of use that the company provided. We've rented from many moped rental companies, and have often come across mopeds that are a bit rundown and lacked power so it was great to find Hawaii Motorcycle Rentals.

Gabriel was so amazing and so helpful, plus his mopeds are in top notch condition (very well maintained) and made it uphill with very little effort. Locks are easy to put on with no hassle and his pricing is phenomenal considering he delivers the rentals directly to your hotel for no extra charge.

Gabriel was also very responsive to questions we had while we were out as we wanted to make sure we were following the rules of where you can drive and park mopeds.

Gabriel was an amazing rental host - he was available night and day for any questions we had and was very accommodating when we wanted to extend our rental by another day, followed by needing to cut it short due to a bad sunburn.

His prices are far more affordable than most other rental services.

He provides pickup and drop off and was lenient with time.

His mopeds had enough power to climb hills with decent speed. (Past rentals we've done have struggled up even small hills, and our friend who used another company fell far behind while we rode up the hills of highway 72)
