Tourists, locals, and everyone else, THIS is what I call perfection, listen, every single food item got made within 5 minutes, and tasted fantastic, they literally made it that fast, and it was phenomenal. But let me get to my favorite part, the Holy portion sizes, some plates you can even split between two people and that'll be enough, but it was wonderful, super generous, and the best part it's not quantity over quality, like I said, everything tasted amazing. You guys know what else was great, the prices, imagine 4 people, in Hawaii, you get a steak, chicken, fish, and another meat, and all of that ends up being $50, I don't know it might sound a lot, but you can definitely fill yourself up to the rim (one person) by only spending less than $12 there, so many different options, so many different types, but one thing is (for the most part) similar, and that's the price. Lastly, the service, it was perfect, there were two guys, and both worked nonstop but were super nice, asked us all the right questions constantly and made the experience just that much better. Ultimately, I'm genuinely telling you guys this, GO HERE, you won't regret it, a place like this in Hawaii is rare, and you 100%...
Read moreMy brother suggested I try this place to see if my experience would be the same. The food is low quality! The first time I tried the garlic chicken yuck! Who wants soggy garlic chicken, or watery ramin? You don't pour sauce over soggy chicken! Do you use any seasoning in the ramin?I gave them yet another chance yesterday. All I wanted was an egg and cheese on toast. The toast was soggy, the egg mushy and the cook just threw cheese on top. I asked for salt and pepper packets they didn't even have any. Then when I requested that the cook can just put salt and pepper from the back I was told they didn't have any! So what the heck did you cook my egg with? The sandwich was so gross my dog wouldn't eat it! The food here is generic gentrified Hawaiian food! The only reason their still in business because it's a quick place to go for the neighborhood. We will never endorse this place again.! If your going to open up a business on the aina atleast take the time to provide quality service and food!! I am a 20 year retired chef who loves to endorse local business . So next time train your cashiers to be a little more caring when assisting customers. You never know who your serving! Super...

I don’t know why it’s horrendous because for 30 Minutes it was only a Newyork Steak Plate which I got so disappointed so I took initiative to go to the Register and talk to the Crew who works there and ask him politely and ask what happened to my order which in fact he said it’s not yet done and I told him that’s a shame because you hand out a lot of Orders and mine isn’t done yet and he still didn’t Apologize but one of his Co-Worker came up to me and offered me a Free Drink but didn’t need it but I did appreciate him for doing that. But the Associate I talk to I expected more from him the one I talk too at the Register he didn’t even apologize i just want to let the Management know that I wish this Situation does not happen to anyone again and teach your Fellow Employees Respect to their Customers but really...
