I went in for a cut yesterday while on vacation…it had been 14 months since I chopped my hair short and am now growing it out. I asked K to take off a couple inches to freshen things up, but hoped to keep the existing slight a-line angle. She was very thorough in getting an understanding of my hair goals before starting to cut, and was so kind after to make sure everything was as I wanted. Of course, she also guided me with some of her stylist opinions based on her experience, to make sure I understood how things would grow out as well. Had a wonderful experience at Salon Lilac! My boyfriend and I both made appointments for haircuts with Kyoko a day ahead. We were pleasantly surprised by how much thought and time she put into making sure we had something that suited our hair types, preferences, and lifestyles :)

Salon Lilac owner Kyoko used to work at the Fantastic Sam's (now closed) in McCully Shopping Center, where she had many regular customers. Her new salon is also in McCully Shopping Center (Ewa side), several doors away from the old Fantastic Sam's location.
