Ilikai — Local services in Honolulu

We are staying at a private rental in this apartment building. The room itself is fine but this place is an actual joke. half the elevators don't operate, expect 20 minute waits going up and down one night the elevators were all down for '1 hour of maintenance' at 6pm. 3 hours later they were still down. Great time for maintenance.. we ended up climbing 15 floors with a 4 month old and pram found a couple of the security guards smoking weed in the underground car park, on duty, in uniform.. asked front counter about a car park issue (someone was parked in our allocated park) was told it was not their problem pool is only open 10am - 6pm.. why?

This place needs to be shut down for a few weeks and completely refurbished. First impression in the lobby is good, and the good...

We rented the apartment in this building, it was small apartment with two beds and one more couch, all in one room with one “moving wall”, not that big, not too much space but it is ok, however we were there just for sleep, nice view from the terrace on the main street. You can’t see the mountains because of other buildings but it is nice especially at the night. It wasn’t expensive what is great, you have the guys who park your car, don’t remember how much it cost per day but let’s say something about 20-25$. It is close...

Nice enough. The unit we are renting is comfortable and the building is clean. The marina below and street side are very busy so it can be loud. Close to walking to a ton of things even if over price tourist places staff is awesome. Not many stores remain in currently of the shops in lobby.
