I went to this nail salon today as it was near my workplace. It was empty except one customer, so maybe I should’ve known then. The service I requested was to remove my current gel polish and for a simple french manicure with regular polish. Firstly, the woman who was assigned to me started cutting my nails without even asking me, she cut them all and very short. I told her they were all my natural nails and after she started cutting, told her where I would like them to be. She ignored this and cut my nails almost all the way down before asking what shape I wanted. (For reference my nails were half an inch grown out and strong) When I replied almond, she realized they were too short on my left hand and tried to file it. She left 3 nails long on my right and continue as usual. I had to ask her to go back and make them even to which she replied ‘Oh even? I didn’t know you wanted.” ….Why would you ever not want even nails? They were never fully even, but I had given up at this point. I knew it was a botched job. She did a stubby french, and didn’t wipe all the dust off my nails between these step so when putting top coat it created an ugly texture on all nails. The paint job is terrible, some nails are still rigid and not filed, and my cuticles look dry and crusty. This whole process took over an hour and a half. For regular polish french tip nails. After, she sat me under the nail light and went to do another walk-in’s pedicure. After sitting by myself for almost 10 minutes I finally stood up and said I need to leave, to which the owner, I assume, helped me pay. I left no tip and I always tip. Zero stars! I came in, showed them a picture of what I wanted done and got a quote for my hair. The owner said she would charge me $60 for a few highlights in my hair so I made an appointment for the next day and Mary did a half set of highlights. The bleach they use is the absolute cheapest kind of powder bleach they could find. They left me under the dryer chair for about 20 minutes, and then moved me to the sink for another 30 while Mary cut another womans hair. She finally came to wash out my hair. Didn't even blow dry my hair to show me the color. Blow dry and flat iron were apparently extra. So I get up to pay and the owner comes back and tells me its an extra $20 for toner they had to use after they bleached it so my hair wouldn't look orange. They never informed me about this during the process. Either way she ended up charging me $84 and not $60 like she originally quoted me for. Even with the $20 for toner it should've been $80. So the other $4 came from I don't know what?? And all of a sudden her English is very broken and she can't explain to me why. As my hair began to dry, it was ripping and breaking off. Stretchy and gummy when wet. Breaks right off when dry. $84 for hair color that looked nothing like the pic I showed them. Awful. Not to mention I paid $136 for nails they told me would be no more than $100. Clear acrylics and a gel pedicure plus the callous remover is not worth $136. Save your hair and money and take your business elsewhere. $220 in total and they didn't even let me use their bathroom. Never coming back. Shady, greedy people who...

I give this place 10 Stars!!!!!!!!!! I went here because it was the closest available to me. However, I could not have picked a better place. I came here initially to get a full set of nails and a pedicure. Not only were they efficient and thorough, they were friendly and helpful in letting me know all of my options. I was wanting to get my hair done as well and inquire to see if they did eyelash extensions. I was pleasantly surprised that they did all of the above. My One Stop Shop could not have been a greater place. Miss Mary did my hair, which consisted of highlights throughout my whole head. Mr. Tai did my nails and my eyelashes. I could not have been happier or more satisfied with them both!!! I will not go anywhere else on this island other than Luxure. I will also make sure to send anybody I know who is interested in these types of services to go here. They really went above and beyond to ensure that I was not just satisfied but completely thrilled with the transformation they gave me. I have gotten the most compliments from the first moment I stepped foot out of the salon to the present. I was truly blessed to find such an amazing Salon with every possible service I would want and an amazing staff to help me and make me feel welcome.
