If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I love supporting well run, locally owned businesses and Super Geeks has my loyalty for the rest of time. The person who answered the phone (Don) was so helpful and knowledgeable I almost couldn't believe it! I was flabbergasted and so thankful for his patience, wisdom, and calm. I'd accidentally deleted many important files and was in a panic! I had called File Savers Data Recovery and they gave me almost no information besides that I would have to give up my computer for 2 weeks, for a price more than twice as much as Super Geeks, and I would have to pay whether or not they recovered any files. On top of that, they would not tell me how likely it was they would restore my data. Super Geeks was like entering heaven. Don told me about turning off bitlock and some other useful information about OneDrive. When I got to the store, he sat down with me with so much patience and kindness, and somehow my problem got fixed within 5 minutes of visiting the store. And they wouldn't even take any money from me! Don just said he was glad I got a happy ending. I recommend Super Geeks like crazy for customer service, knowledge, supporting local, and price. I don't usually run into computer problems because I take pretty good care of my stuff, and I'm fairly tech-savvy. However, I ran into an issue earlier this week I couldn't figure out to save my life, rendering my computer unusable (not ideal for working from home). After checking out the glowing reviews for SuperGeeks, and the praise for Don in particular, I decided to bring my pc in the next day, opting for the quicker turnaround. Don figured out the issue pretty quickly, explained it really well, ran some extra tests to make sure the whole system was in tip-top shape, and was super communicative the whole way through.

I cracked my computer screen, and looked for a place in Honolulu to repair it. Due to good reviews I chose to repair my screen at SuperGeeks. It was probably one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I turned in my computer in early February, and did not recieve it until mid May. When I came in to pick up my computer, the "repaired" screen was cracked at the exact same spot as the old screen. Atleast they were nice enough to give me a full refund. As I am a foreign student of UH, I chose to bring my computer home, and get it repaired there. My repairer guy told me SuperGeeks had done a horrendous job of fixing my screen, and offered me to fix both the screen and the casing for less the price of what I payed at SuperGeeks, and to a timeline of only two weeks.
