Very expensive establishment washers didn’t rinse out soap on rinse cycle and not very many clothes in washer to begin with. Person who I talked with about WiFi connection was very rude and told me at first what it was as she said it in a very fast manner when I asked her again she said” I just told you what it was” but she did it in a fast talking I couldn’t understand her. I just said forget about it I don’t need it anyway plus not enough tables to fold your clean clothes on. Very overcrowded too many people for the size of the room. Also the floor around the washers are raised and my wife fell because of the way the floor comes out from under the washers luckily she wasn’t hurt. Needless to say I definitely won’t be back. You probably won’t respond but I don’t really care...

This place has completely gone down hill since it sold to new owners. The machines are often broken, they reject coins repeatedly, the change machines and ATMS are frequently down. The lack of heat in the building makes it miserable while you are waiting on your laundry. The staff ties up washers, dryers and tables doing laundry drop offs so you have to wait frequently to finish your laundry for them to finish what they are doing. It is unbelievable the difference in this place. We are definitely taking our business elsewhere after giving them months to "get it together" here. The drive to Custer is far less than the continued disappointment here and the laundry is much better attended to...

Terrible. 1 Washer took 7 quarters (wouldn't give me them back either) wouldn't count down how much more was needed but started anyway. Then washed but didn't spin as it should have so my towels were sopping wet. Other 2 washers worked as they should. Dryers-$.25 for 5 min. Permanent press fairly dry after 4 quarters. All other 4 dryers though on hot never got hot enough to dry properly. Spent $11+ & still had wet clothes. Couldn't stay another hour or spend another $3 to get my sopping towels dry. So my tiny trailer has clothes, towels, handing from every hook, drawer, every possible surface. Hoping the dehumidifier will come to my rescue tonight. Pick another place to do your...
