Comfort Keepers have been a provider for my father for a little over four years. Shelly and Linda are always there in our time of need regardless of what time it is what day it is there always available. I like the fact that they never push us off on the office staff will you make a request to speak with one of them or text one of them Or emailed one of them. THEY RESPOND. I know that I’m overprotective and very picky of the people that come into my parents home to care for them Comfort Keepers understands me and they don’t have a problem with suggestions that I make concerning things. Normally on an average I would go through many many providers but with Comfort Keepers we still have the same original provider that Linda set us up with she did a great thing she chose the perfect fit for my dad. They are firm and fair. Always willing to keep sitter's staffed with clients and clients happy with sitter's. Our caregiver Gwen is doing a wonderful job taking care of our mom. She keeps her company and they have developed a warm friendship over the years Gwen has been helping her. In particular Gwen keeps my mom engaged during meals. I often overhear them laughing and telling each other little stories. They also enjoy several afternoon TV shows as part of their daily routine. I’d like to add that Gwen has become very adept at persuading my mom to stay with her medicines. Gwen is so patient and kind and has a knack for keeping her spirits up.
