BEST NAIL SALON EVER!! I highly highly recommend Dylan :)
I was visiting from LA and was hesitant to get my nails done as I’ve had bad experiences in the past; however, from beginning to end, Dripped, was a lovely experience!
For starters, the price is reasonable, considering the quality of the products and exceptional customer service. The establishment was clean, had a great selection of colors/decals and aesthetic decor.
I went in SUPER embarrassed because I had henna hair dye stained onto my hands for DAYS that I couldn’t get off and trust me— I tried!! (note to self: gloves were in the box for a reason 😭). Not once did they make me feel gross as the receptionist greeted me, listened to my situation and Dylan spent time scrubbing it off without complaint. They chuckled good heartedly and helped ☺️ which made me relax— like ... It was bad bad hunny— like hide my hands in my pockets for three days bad 😂😭 It was refreshing to have people not judge me, laugh with me and help!
Dylan spent over two hours on my nails aand it flew by; my hands were in desperate need of TLC ha. I didn’t feel rushed as I have at salons in the past. He was very gentle and took his time grooming, cleaning, making sure every detail was perfect, that the nails were even and properly fitted and double checked to make sure things were to my liking. He’s also super funny and we had great conversations the whole time, so I didn’t even realize how long I was there too I checked my phone! I can tell he loves what he does and really cares about the guests happiness !!! Thank you so much! I’ve never had such a beautiful set. The pictures don’t do it justice. 🥳🤩
He made my nails even better than the picture I showed him on Pinterest. Light blue purple, clean edges, even cut, sturdy and he thought two accent nails would be better than one, he was right! He did ombre on those two and put iridescent butterfly’s that change with angle and light!! Ahhh I’m in love w them!!!
Apologies on the long review! I just had to give them love back! I’m so happy I’m glowing! Thank...
Read moreI would give ‐5 stars if I could. I went to do my gel mani n pedi a week ago before my 1 month trip to Europe because I had some unused classpass records that were about to expire. This place is one of very few in my area that accepts class pass credits. The pedicure is ok for now but the nails only lasted few days and I was asked to pay additional 5usd on top of 31 credis (70.37 usd) for pedi and 16 credits (36.23 usd) for mani that was not mentioned on their classpass profile :( During the service it burned when my nails were put under the lamp, but my cosmetician said it is normal. As I read online later, once the gel on my nails started to peal off, it is far from normal: "When your fingers are put into the UV lamp, it should not burn. If you get a flash of heat on your nails, the gel is too thick. The burning can damage your nail plate and the thick gel won't cure or bond properly meaning they will lift easily.". No amount of apologizing will make up for a fact that I had to spend time searching for an urgent nail amointmemt in a country where English is not wildly popular, instead of enjoying my vacation. I am very disappointed. I tipped my cosmetician 20usd because I felt reasured when she said its normal when the gel burns under the lamp. I only do my nails once in a while, and this never happened to me before, so I should have known better to google it during the service. If anyone has a good nail salon to recommend in montrose/downtown area for the future, please...
Read moreI read great reviews, but this was the worse service and disrespect I’ve ever experienced. I was started by one person at my appointment time, but then one of their regulars who had an appointment after me came in 30 minutes early. The person working on me just left me mid manicure and went to work on the regular and told me someone else would finish. I had to wait 15 mins or so since they were working on someone else. Finally got finished and then my dip cracked off within 5 days. I’ve been getting dip on my nails for years and never had them chip the entirety of three weeks. I called to see if I could come in to get it fixed, and they said yes. When i did come back, the tech gave me a lot of attitude saying it was my fault it chipped since I was too hard on my nails. I have never stopped getting dip the last 5 years and have had the same career and never had an issue at other salons. The tech was very condescending and making jokes at me. Dye told me it would be $7, which i was shocked by since it hadn’t even been a week since I got my nails done. I hate confrontation, so I didn’t say anything and went to pay. I was checked out by another tech and she tried to charge me $10. I said the other tech who fixed my nail told me $7 so she changed it. Do not waste your time or money. Since thrn, I’ve been going to gloss and I am in and out within an hour and can have my dip mani...
