😷🤢 THEY GAVE ME UNCOOKED MEAT & RICE FOR MY TO GO ORDER!😷🤢

Katherine S was extremely rude.I placed my order on chow now and called the restaurant 3 times, but it kept going to voicemail.I had a company meeting at 4:00 pm. I placed my order at 3:00 pm on chow now and it was supposed to be ready in 15-20 minutes.

I got there at 3:50 pm and Katherine S said I didn’t place any orders because they aren’t accepting Chow Now orders. She accused me of lying. I showed her my confirmation. The with a horrible attitude and tone, Katherine S told me they never gave my order to the kitchen. I asked her to give my order to the kitchen because I already paid and I have a meeting to get to ASAP, it’s not my fault she never gave my Chow Now order to the kitchen. Then she said it’ll be a wait and I asked how long and she said 15 - 20 minutes which was a lie. After patiently and quietly waiting for 40 minutes on the uncomfortable bar stool because no tables were available, I went back and asked if my order was ready. She told me they were working on it. I asked what stage is it in, are they cooking the meat, are they cooking the rice, are they bagging it up? She told me it was almost almost ready 20 minutes ago and 20 minutes later here we are.

She gave me my order and gad an attitude when I asked for the manager. The manager confirmed they are taking Chow Now orders and she has no idea why Katherine S mentioned they weren’t. The manger said someone forgot to charge the iPad so it died , the whole hour my order was placed no one accessed it because no one charged the iPad the Chow Now orders come through. The food is half uncooked and half cooked, Katherine S was giggling sadistically when she handed me my food. She knew it wasn’t cooked and treated me as if I’m to blame for inability to do her job. I will be reporting this to a higher authority. The owner should be ashamed. I used to eat here all the time two years ago, but not now. The staff has...

First off, this is NOT Korean bbq! This is apparently Japanese bbq. For those confused, as I was, at the difference, it’s this: Japanese bbq costs twice as much for half the quantity and quality. Secondly, I’ll go ahead and say that the very best part of this experience is that they had south park playing in a corner tv. Thirdly, I opted out of doing the grill thing because as I stated, you can go to a buffet style Korean bbq grill restaurant for ~$25 per person so I’m not going to pay double for this very limited selection. My wife ordered a sprite and it was flat. Great start. We both chose the spicy miso ramen. I love spicy miso ramen. Right off the bat, the server places my soup on the table as I notice his thumb is in the soup itself- I noticed this for both of our soups. Awesome. After that, I did not see my waiter at all. We ate a meal and we needed more napkins- we used the first ones we were given so that we could clean our very sticky table. The ramen is subpar to say the least, I had no interest in actually drinking the broth and this is more of a personal note but you can tell that the eggs were hard boiled outside of the soup instead of soft boiled inside the soup- the way it should be. Maybe the ramen would have been okay if not for the little things I listed as well as our table neighbors sending back 2 plates of their meat due to a suspicious look and smell. This is not the worst place I’ve ever been to, but it is fully deserving of a 1 star review if not to at the very least bring down the average of this establishment to a rightful 2.5 or 3 star restaurant. Won’t be back. P.S. on-top of everything, my wife went to the bathroom and swears that...

We used to be loyal customer to this location. We went here once a week for a long time. We came back today to show a good place to our niece who just first came to the U.S. However, it's such a bad experience!!! First, the host led us to the table, he tried to turn on the grill, but after few times it did not burn, so he just left. Then we just sat down about 30secs, the grill popped up, scared us and the fire almost hitted our face. We asked another staff member to take a look, but he just looked at it and laugh, that's it!!! 😡😡😡 the server brought out the miso soup comes with the lunch special. Everyone can see that it's just water with few green onion, 1 piece of wakame seaweed and oil on the top. We were wondering where miso base and tofu is. Next, after bringing out the meat, the server did not come back to oil the grill. He just left and did not come back to refill our water even 1 time. Although he came around to pick up the empty plates, but he did not see we ran out of water in the middle of meal.

Moreover, we asked to substitute the white rice that comes with the lunch special for brown rice, but he still brought out the white rice anyway. When he came back we requested the brown rice one more time which took another 5-10 minutes after we already started eating. At the end, we were charged for both white and brown rice. There should not have been any charge, but we got charged for 2 bowls. Finally, if you order the Harami Skirt Steak, they will charge extra $5 with regular amount (5 pieces) that we did not...
