This establishment seems nice upon arrival but this image quickly diminishes the moment you begin your dine-in experience. The customer service was despicable! No one greeted us at the hostess booth. We were left to wonder around the restaurant, searching for a clean table. After seating ourselves, no one came to the table. I finally made my way to the bar/register to find an employee. It took an additional extended length of time for the waitress to come to our table and it took a lengthy time for her to bring us several draft beers that were without carbonation and dirty tasting (Stella and dos equis to be exact). Additionally, the round table in the corner in which we sat wobbled and our beers spilled all o er the table. We switched tables mid-experience. When we ordered, the waitress forgot to put in our order for the main entree (spicy garlic wings) and brought out a side of cabbage (We were starving!). Once they arrived, they were missing the main ingredient, the sauce! When we asked for a side of sauce for our dry wings, we were told that they could not bring us a side. The waitress said the sauce was "expensive." So the order that essentially wasn't taken in the first place, had to be taken back to the kitchen. Once we bit into the wings, it was clear that they were twice fried wings because they were extremely hard and overly crunchy. However, it was evident the first fry of the chicken was the morning of or the day before. The wings tasted old and the meat of the chicken was stiff. Of course we had plenty leftovers, as the food was disgusting 😒. I then had to go back to the bar to find our waitress, who mysteriously keep disappearing, to get our bill. On top of all of this there was one semi-large party, screaming obscenities at one another, one step away from fighting. About an hour after our meal, my stomach started cramping as if I had food poisoning. 😩 The food was around $69, plus tip. This was one of worst the experiences I've ever had in my life and I would never consider going back, nor would I recommend this establishment to anyone. I didn't even feed the leftovers to my kids. Tonight I ordered take out, from this location because I was in the same building upstairs getting my hair done. I got a 10 pc wing with seasoned fries and a sprite. After waiting 30 minutes for my order, I get upstairs and realize my order was wrong. I called back to tell them my order is wrong. Mai answered the phone (who I found out is the manager later) she was very rude, dismissive, and kept talking over me. I explained that I was getting my hair done and that I had already waste a lot of time so could she just start on the wings and I would bring them down in a moment. She told me that she needed to see the food before it could be remade and that if I don’t bring it back it would not be remade, she even told me that it wasn’t her fault the order was messed up so I shouldn’t be upset with her. By then I’m already upset because of her lack of professionalism , customer service and accountability. When I get downstairs she is still being rude, arguing with me and caused a scene. She was more worried about getting the last word than correcting my order. I told her I wanted my whole order remade she then stormed away and called security on me as if I was issue. Mai is very rude and not management material at all.

Meghan was a server this evening and she was nice to me, she told me that I wasn’t wrong and that Mai should’ve handled the situation differently but she couldn’t do much to help me because she is her manager. She also told me that her attitude is always like that.

Their manager up there is racial and I’m talking about the one that’s possibly Korean recently. Just went in there about to ask a question or so Bette possibly going to order some food very rude, disrespectful attitude right off the most let alone his tone wasn’t even in unprofessional manner, he was the only one that gave me problems. He was the manager he was working today. Sunday just happened probably at 3:09 then, I also recently was there, not even two days ago with my mother the other people that was there at the register gave me so much great customer service. I came back a second day to enjoy myself right after work. I come back today just to see about my keys see if I left them there cause I had such a great time up there Vibin with those people he just ruined my experience. I won’t be going back and spent any money with you guys and anybody that’s Melanated or even black or anything like that when Korean managers there? I suggest you do not order anything because he will be disrespectful for no apparent reason and then the crazy thing about it I recently when I went there the first time he was on manager duty didn’t give me that necessary energy when I was with my mother, but with me, being by myself being a black man I don’t understand his whole situation is ideology or anything or what he was thought I was, but I don’t appreciate it and by the way, he was working second shift The other employees work amazing up there with great customer service.
