First, I’d like to say, it takes a lot for me to write a review. The experience I had with Tego Jewelers was seamless and in every way worth it.

Upon entering the store, the hospitality and professionalism I was met with was more than exceptional. Anthony proceeded to explain the basics of diamonds in terms I could understand. It was a complete load off of my mind considering I walked in knowing nothing at all about the process.

Upon review of every option of stones and ring style, I made my choice.

This next portion of my story is what separates the associates at Tego jewelers from the rest.

I’m in the military and live out of state. I currently live with my future fiancé. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure not only I receive the ring quickly, but also it arrived at a precise time to avoid discovery from my unknowing girlfriend.

The first attempt for Anthony to send me the ring, I had failed to let him know that I was in a training event in the southern U.S. and would not be able to receive the package. Without hesitation, Anthony recalled the ring before my girlfriend received it back home.

When I returned home, I let Anthony know I was ready for delivery. Unfortunately, the exact time it was delivered, I had been called into work and was not able to sign for the package.

Again, Anthony went out of his way to coordinate in store pick up, so that I could leave work and pick it up at my convenience.

After I received the ring, Anthony still made a point to call me days later and ask if I needed help with proposal ideas or arrangements of any kind.

If this story doesn’t explain how devoted Anthony and his family are to their business, I don’t know what will.

Anthony made sure that we had everything we needed for our special day, and one example of that is that he offered to clean the diamond on my wife's engagement ring--something I didn't even think about! Everything was beautiful, and just made our wedding day that much more special.

I purchased an engagement ring from Tego Jewelers in Spring 2019. Anthony was incredibly helpful every step of the way. They gave me the full run down on the important characteristics of diamonds and the settings to help me make an educated decision. Next, they were incredibly helpful in sourcing the perfect diamond for the engagement ring and at a great price. Once the design was settled and diamond chosen, they crafted a beautiful ring and setting for the diamond and sent me updates and videos along the way. It was great to be included in the process and not just have it be a black box of how the ring was made. After everything was done, Anthony dropped off the ring and walked me through all of the certifications and paperwork.
