I went with my friend yesterday around 5p & there was this girl (staff) just waiting with all her stuff collected.( I’m assuming for the next person to come in) I understand it was her time to leave but at least communicate to us that we had to wait for the next person or something not just awkwardly starring away or greeting us. Quite some time has & passed she finally put her stuff down grunting saying I can take your order. All I wanted was a milkshake and she gave attitude saying we are only serving ice cream scoops. I politely decline and said oh nevermind then and walked away. Service could have been better. We walked over to the order area but wasn’t sure if we should order there because the man was too busy talking to a friend at the other end. My husband politely asked the man where do we order at and he was like “the place that says order” We were Fully aware of the sign but weren’t unsure if that rule had changed because we weren't greeted and it looked like a customer exchange on the other side where he was talking to his friend. My boyfriend and I stumbled upon Gelu’s mobile truck while walking through Montrose near Stages during an event—and wow, what a find! We each got a cup and were seriously impressed. The flavors are made with real fruit, perfectly refreshing, and not overly sweet. I had the mango with Tajín and a splash of chamoy (pictured in the review), and it was amazing.
