One of the best artisan style ice cream spots I’ve been to. They have a great variety of unique flavors that aren’t too sweet (unless you like it that way). I got the biscoff cookie butter ice cream topped with chocolate chips. It is expensive but it is great quality and hard to find places with flavors like this anywhere else. Their waffles cones are good too and comes in many varieties. It is in the middle of the Post shopping center, so lots are going on, but the line wasn’t too long and they work pretty fast. I can’t imagine going to the Post without stopping for a scoop or two! Every flavor I’ve tried has been delicious and there’s definitely an option for everyone. If you’re not looking for something too chocolatey, the Honey Roasted Strawberry is perfect. If you feel differently, then I’d definitely recommend the Cereal Milk Oreo and Chocolate Brownie. I wish I could have this ice cream every day for the rest of my life. It was THAT good. Definitely expensive (one tiny kids scoop that I could literally eat in one bite was $4.75), but I thought it was worth it for a special occasion.
