Good doctors but the worst operator ever. I called the main line on May 17th,2024 at 10:00 am and asked to be transferred to Dr. Kamat. The lady had the nerve to hang up on me after saying, "You are calling the hospital."
I called again and the same lady picked up. I immediately said, "Don't hang up on me. I need to be transfered to Dr. Kamat' office."
The following conversation is true word by word,
Operator: We are not at the doctor's office. We are not even at the hospital. Patient: I need to be transferred to Dr. Kamat's office. Operator: We don't have that doctor. Patient: Her name is Dr. Kamat. K-A-M-A-T. She is an encologist. Operator: What is her first name? Patient: I don't know her first name. I only know her last name. K-A-M-A-T. Operator: What kind of doctor is she? Patient: Oncologist
I am not sure if the management knows about the phone service we get as patients. I hope this comment will bring the right attention...
