Very disappointed that the store wouldn't stand behind their product. Purchased a $15 sports bottle online and after two weeks the outer portion of the bottle separated from the inner portion. I contacted the store and the person I spoke with was very good and told me there was a 60 day return period which I was still within. He recommend a replacement bottle as the one I originally purchased was no longer available. When he wasn't sure how to process the exchange, I was placed on a brief hold and when he returned I was informed there was nothing he could do as the "person in charge" said it broke due to normal wear and tear. For $15 I am more than happy to throw it in the trash and move on, no biggie. But, buyer beware that this place will gladly take your money but forget about you...
