The girls who work here are absolutely fabulous and very patient! I came in to exchange some dinnerware after ordering them online. My online order came in 2 shipments, but I never received one of the shipments. It actually ended up missing/damaged during the shipping process. So at home office, they returned the items and bought them back to re-send me the items that were lost in shipment. When I went to the store, I tried explaining the best I could about the situation. At first the system kept saying I already returned the items when I really didn't. I had to continue explaining my situation as it was difficult to kind of comprehend with me wanting to mostly exchange half of the order for the color I ended up liking (since I ordered 2 different colors). About 20-30 minutes later they were able to get it all situated and figured out for me so I wouldn't have to try shipping the heavy dinnerware back and exchanging them that way. Although a long process, they were very friendly and did all they could to help me. I always have a great experience shopping here! I've worked retail for 10 years (5 in management) and they did everything I expected and more! I know I was that "difficult" customer, so I know I apologized 10 million times through the whole...

I purchased online the Maeve Ernestine sheet set in Navy in March of 2024 along with the complete Nalini duvet set with Euro shams. The fitted sheets have torn and ripped as if they were shredded by an animal. The sheets have been cared for according to label guidelines but the quality is terrible.
