I came by last night and normally employees greet you at the door and ask if there is anything they can help you with.. no one ever came to greet me while I was looking around. I gathered some items to try on and still no one around, I had to go to the desk to find an employee to tell her I needed to try the items on. She said hold on and went and got someone and someone else come back there to unlock a dressing room for me. She never told me if I needed any help to let them know or nothing. She just unlocked the fitting room and went off about her way. I was in there for a while trying things on and she only come in there once to see if I was still in there. She still didnât offer any help. So, I finally finished trying the items on, and none of it worked out for me. So I gathered the items and there was no where to leave them in the dressing room, so I went back to the desk and asked the employee what I needed to do with the items and she hesitantly said â you can give them to meâ so I did. Then I went to find the other employee that was working and asked if she could help me find something else that would better work for me.. she seemed annoyed that I asked for help and didnât really give any help she showed me one or two items from where she was already standing and didnât offer any more help and didnât try to help me find a good fit or anything.. then the other said employee walked up holding all of the items that didnât work out for me and had a snide grin on her face holding the items up at the other employee.. which in return that employee said ânoâŚâ in a way as if she was saying âyouâve got to be kidding meâ right in front of me so I would know they were mad they had to put the items back.. so I looked around for maybe 2 more minutes and I left the store. I wasnât spending a dime in there due to the attitude and lack of service that I received.
I have never felt so uncomfortable in one of the VS stores as I did in that one last night. The customer service was terrible, and I left there very unsatisfied with the service that I received. They were NOT busy at all, at the time I went to the store and for them to act as if I was hindering them, is very rude and uncalled for.
I will not be back to the VS store located at bridge street again. I have always had a good experience at VS stores, but that was the WORST customer service that I have ever received in one of the VS stores.
These employees either need a reevaluation to themselves or go work somewhere else that isnât dealing with the public because they obviously arenât made out for it and...
   Read moreDoing some shopping and returning with my daughter today. Today we were returning a jogging suit that she purchased a week ago in Atlanta. She asked for a refund and was only refunded half of her money because she didn't have her receipt. Now I do understand that policy but what I did not understand is why she wasn't told before they issued the refund that the item was not the same price that she paid for it. I understand that it happens but a good cashier informs a customer that their is a difference in the return amount. When she asked how much was returned to the gift card they only gave her half of what she paid they kept $57 of her hard earned money.
So when she decided she would just keep the outfit and gift it to her niece she was told that she could not do that either. when she did not understand why she could not just rebuy her outfit back for the same amount that they just issued her a refund for she was told that the transaction was completed and there was nothing more that they can do and when we ask for Customer Service....That is when the disrespect started toward us. The manager was rude and loud. She created a scene that wasn't happening before hand when we were just talking with the cashier. She treated us like high school children and that was really rude. That's when I spoke up because the manager behavior was dismissive like we were wasting her time. She was around 5'7" black skinny with a short Afro, The manager told the cashier not to interact with us anymore so they just ignored our question while she was talking with Customer Service and leaving out the part about them not telling us that there was a 50% difference in the price. So I called customer service myself and put in a case 04674719, the person who took my complaint informed me that there were other ways that they could have retrieved the receipt. they could have reached out to the store where it was purchased to get a copy of the receipt. They could have just rang it back up and sold it back to us at the price they just gave her.
I don't know why we were treated this way but my reason for putting in this review is in hopes that nobody else would be treated like this ever again in this establishment. Being a business owner myself I could never treat my clients who purchase or return items in that manner.    Read moreWent with my wife for her birthday. She loves the different lotions and body sprays. The manager on duty, she had red hair, was extremely rude and unpleasant. There was a line with the only cashier open and she was having to do returns for a customer, which can be very time consuming. I asked the manager if she could open another line because several of us had been waiting. She was not doing anything except avoiding the one cashier because the return customers were being difficult. She was extremely rude and her answer was "No, I'm not doing it." Very unprofessional. I told my wife what she said and told her we should leave. My wife then went to the manager herself and asked about opening another line. The manager goes in to a hissy fit stating there are only 3 workers in the store and one of them was on break and she was not opening another line. We were getting ready to walk out when the 3rd employee came to us and stated she would he happy to check us out. If she had not been so nice, we would have left. The manager walked back away and continued to hid from the customers. That night my wife spent over $150, but it will be the last that store gets from us due to the Red Haired Manager.
