i purchased a "supposedly refurbished xbox 360 4g on saturday march 12, 2011. i hooked it up later that evening, and to my dismay, the disk tray constantly sticks and the unit itself is so loud, from previous experience, the fan motor is about to go out. i eas told by the sales associate at the time,of purchase that i have 30 days for return so naturally im here now and sunday march 13, 2016 to return this item at store opening at 12:05pm. once again, bad news. the sales associate tells me that i now have to come back monday march 14, at store open to have the store manager give me the refund because sales associates are apparently not allowed to do cash refunds. as a previous manager of a store here at the mall, i know for a fact that she couldve called him to,come in and give me the refund but instead she started to get a bad attitude towards me so i said ok ill come back tomorrow and talk with the manager. this is a joke and a great example of how NOT to run a business. i work 3rd shift so i now have to go out of my way to get a refund for the item purchased in good faith which turned out to be a lemon. this is a bad business practice in my opinion and will never shop at this store again. period. ive now lost complete faith,in the hutchinson mall and after i teturn the item on monday morning, i will never shop at the hutchinson mall again either. ( i went to the mall offices directly after being told id have to come back tomorrow for the refund to file a complaint, knocked multiple times, called and left a message with NO answer besides th machine. lights are all on but no ones home. lol, typical. update, monday march, 14. i return to the stote for my cash refund. the manager immediately tells me im not getting any cash refund. even though the tray sticks and the fan is going out. i have to take another console. this is a joke of a business and as stated i will NEVER go to ANY store at the hutchinson mall ever again. so now im,left to try and find someone to sell it to, or go sell it at the pawn shop for $50 and eat the difference. ( i lose $60.04) oh well, lesson learned. Either they lose them or the employees steals them. Happened the last 2 times I went in. They have seasons 2 3 and 6 cases but he could only find season 6 disks. I dont understand 11 am isn't that too terribly early to be that tired to not put in effort whatsoever to find the disks. Now the other time it happened the other guy actually took the time to look for the disks didn't just look I'm the blu-ray spot when it was dvd like this one did. I told him that the one he can buy for $35 from ebay will be a fake.
