I still have subway on a five star but I had a very interesting experience today with my order not going through online through their app. I call the number, it goes to a different place and the first associate I talk to doesn't want anything to do with me . Did not give me the light of day. Another associate took the time to look at my order on my phone, put it together for me after talking to the manager. I daresay that associate needs a raise and a commendation. I didn't catch her name but she's either Hispanic or a light skinned African American. Read moreLove Subways food but the Subway on East 11th Ave gets a low rating for drive through customer service. Stopped there to place order and was told they would " Be with me in a moment." After waiting for 10 minutes there was 3 vehicles waiting behind me and still no one taking my order. I decided to leave without ordering and as I pulled around I glanced at the pickup window and seen a young lady standing there looking at her fingernails apparently.
