I was in a wheelchair. They offered to help any way possible. They offered to push me around the store (not job duties), find items that are the best possible quality and best price.

I think having a wider variety of items would be great.

Being a do it yourselfer or shade tree mechanic this store has served me well. I simply can't justify spending the prices for tools that other stores have. Not saying they aren't worth the price but for my needs these tools have worked fine. I have yet to have a tool that didnt meet my expectations. I had a fuel pressure test kit that was missing one small piece. I didnt realize it until I had already tested the pressure. So, it met my need but I made a little mess when depressurizing the test tool. I took the tool back and explained the problem to which they refunded my money and sold me a new test kit which we opened to make sure it had the correct pieces,...

PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! Danny was amazing, he was so helpful to us we had a crisis at work and had to makeshift fix our equipment which required an inverter, an air compressor, and an inverter cable set. Danny helped us get all of the electrical stuff figured out between amperage and voltage to ensure we got the correct equipment and then went ABOVE AND BEYOND by coming out to the truck in the parking lot and connecting the inverter cables to the car and the inverter because honestly we had no idea what was going on. THANK YOU DANNY!!!! You definitely don’t get this level of service and expertise at a big box store we are so grateful for...
