She has epilepsy. She needs her seizure medication to survive. But every single month, Anthem denies coverage. Every. Single. Month.

The medication costs $4,000 for just ONE month’s supply. And you know what Anthem tells me? “Try something else.” Try something else?! Like her brain is a guessing game? We've tried 7 other meds. All of them failed.

Meanwhile, I’m spending HOURS on the phone with pharmacies. Driving over 2.5 hours each way just to pick up a few days of samples from her neurologist. Losing sleep, losing time, losing my damn mind trying to keep my child ALIVE — while Anthem sits behind their denial letters and silence.

This isn’t just inconvenient. It’s inhumane. It’s corporate cruelty wrapped in red tape. It’s Big Pharma charging obscene prices just because they can — and insurance companies like Anthem Medicaid refusing to pay because they don’t care.
